Passed framing inspection yesterday which includes all the mechanical rough-ins (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical) and pre-insulation fire blocking.
Masons started today...
And I spent the day digging an over 2 foot deep trench to connect to the mechanical room drain and ultimately connect corrugated pipe to down the hill.
