They've started to patch any wall marks, nails, etc. as well as prime any bare pine trim...

They've also started doing the exterior painting again now that the weather is warmer...

Misc Trim Items

They incorrectly sent just regular closet doors for our master bedroom double doors, so we had to have the trim guy do some magic and install a t-astragal bolt after the fact by ripping down the doors a bit and attaching the middle piece with the bolt.  Works good as new now :)

Unfinished access doors trimmed out with room for weather stripping.  Hinged doors still need to be installed...

Trim around repaired area finished...

And white shoe molding installed everywhere there are hardwood floors now...

Drywall Fixes

Progress has slowed down to a crawl and it's driving me nuts.  Let's just say some trades have been much better than others.

Priming the trim where it was bare finger joint pine has begun, as well as drywall patching.

The leak was finally insulated and drywalled...

And the pocket door track ended up being slightly crooked so they had to cut open the drywall to fix it, and then patch it up (white area)...

Hardwood Registers

These were made from the extra hardwood flooring left over after install...

Vented Hood

The vented hood was installed today before trim outs so that the backsplash tile can be set correctly...

Stair Tread Staining

The Oak stair treads, balusters, and newels are being stained to match the hardwood flooring...

Fix Countertop and Elec Island

The countertop needed to be cut a little farther back so the cooktop could sit farther in, looks better now...

Also, the electrician was out to pull the wire for the hood which will be installed soon before backsplash tile.  While he was at it, he put an outlet in our island...

Shoe Molding

Not all that exciting, but our trim guy put white shoe molding over all rooms with tile.  Our flooring guy will put shoe molding over all hardwoods to match color later...

Cooktop Granite

The granite needed to be cut to fit the cooktop projection.  The cooktop isn't actually installed yet, but just set in place after the granite was cut...

The exterior stone was also completed today.  We still need to use stain toner for the doors and cedar columns to darken them and match the veneer coloring...

Not as fancy, but more functional stairway into unfinished basement...

Cut Down Another Oak

To make room for our driveway and landscaping, another big oak had to come down.  This time it was a little harder and nerve racking given it was so close to the house :)
