Drywall Sanding

They've finished and sanded the interior now...

And the porch stoops have been poured, and I'm protecting the brick from muddy foot traffic...

Exterior

Latest exterior view.  Metal roof is still half done.  Windows are still busted.  But at least we got some painting done in the front and finished the concrete porch stoops with the week of good weather we had.

We've had a few days of abnormally warm December temperatures, so was able to get some exterior painting in...

And drywall taping and mudding continues...

Media Room Drywall

I'm a proud papa, the media room drywall is up!

I'm especially happy, because this was a last minute decision to finish this room in the basement.  I had originally an estimate for a 2.5 ton unit to condition the 1st floor, and then asked them to upgrade it (the day of install no less!) to a 3.0 ton unit with 2 zones, one dedicated to the media room.  I'm so glad I made that decision to finish the room! :)

Drywall First Floor

Drywall hung on first floor now, second floor has started.

And deck ceiling primed.

Finally!  Feels like it's been forever, but this starting really makes me feel like I'm turning the corner...
