After and before

Shed - The beginning

 A year to the day of the last project, starting on the shed. First step, knocking down some trees and grinding about 10 stumps.

Basement Bathroom Finished

 

 Finished hanging drywall on the ceiling, installed new HVAC zone, and added a few more goodies.

Chicken Coop Finished

Was actually finished last year when I finally got the metal roof on... but here it is with a fresh coat of paint on it!

 

Chickens Moving In

Almost done. What remains is to finish filling the run with sand, and adding the metal roof and gutter. But it's done enough to have the chickens move in.

The inside has vent fans, cooling fans, heaters, and a light that mimics the daylight based on time from sunrise to sunset (and stays low red at night).

Wood Shed Upgrade

 I upgraded the wood shed. Now just need to get a load of wood next week!

Chicken Coop Foundation Done

Sill plate is pressure treated and anchored via bolts, boards on top are regular lumber but treated with non-toxic wood preservative and painted. Between the concrete blocks and wood is a layer of flashing.
