Attic Bathroom and Closet

Finally, a functioning bathroom! I'm converting our attic into a studio for Matthew. Everything is DIY including plumbing, electric, HVAC, framing, etc. Completed the closet and bathroom. Now on to the bedroom and office.

Attic Closet

Finished the Attic closet as the first finished room up there... finally! :)

Chipping Pad

Added a chipping pad to the DIY home golfing area :)

Driving and Putting Green

I added a putting green next to the driving area I built last year...

Drainage working!

Looks like the drainage is holding in this massive rainstorm!

Catch Basin Landscaping

I added some landscaping to our main catch basin that prevents flooding on the front of the house so it won't wash out in a massive rain (which has happened before).
